About Us

WHO: Diverse men and women (ages 18+), located in the city of Jacksonville.

WHAT: Provide counseling for resocialization, reintegration, and reunification.

WHEN: Ideally, enter the program 90 days before release and go for 12 consecutive months of employment.

WHERE: 

• Hybrid
• Mostly Virtual (online)
• Social media private group for coaching (TBD)
• Face-2-face sessions (TBD)

WHY: Everyone needs another chance.

HOW: Communication, Connection, and Collaboration will be the 3 C’s to build people and partnerships.
